The service

SOY creates a personalised natal chart and written readings from the birth date, time and place you provide, and offers astrology notes, workshops and related content.

Readings are for reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, and they are not a substitute for professional help.

Your account

You must provide accurate birth details for your chart to be correct. Birth details can be corrected once; after that they are locked.

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

You can delete your account at any time from your Profile. Deletion removes your profile, birth details, chart and consent records permanently.

Plans and payments

The Standard plan is free and includes your Sun, Moon and Ascendant readings. Premium is a subscription — €14.95, £14.95 or $14.95 per month, or €105, £105 or $105 per year, billed in the currency chosen in your profile — and unlocks Venus, Mercury, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn.

Because a reading is generated from your personal birth data, changing your birth details after your single free correction requires purchasing a new reading at full price.

Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details. Where the law gives you a cooling-off right for digital content, you agree that delivery starts immediately when the reading is generated.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no scraping, no attempts to access other people's data, no reselling of readings, and no unlawful use.

Intellectual property

The readings, card texts, design and brand belong to SOY. Your personal data remains yours. You may read, save and share your own readings for personal, non-commercial use.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on a reading. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
