SOY keeps things simple: we only use the storage strictly needed to run the app. No advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no analytics cookies.
What we use
Sign-in session: a secure cookie or local-storage entry that keeps you signed in between visits. Without it the app cannot know who you are.
Language and preferences: small entries that remember your chosen language and install prompt choices.
These are classed as strictly necessary, so they don't require a consent banner — but we want you to know they exist.
What we don't use
We don't use advertising, marketing, social-media or third-party analytics cookies. Your birth data is never placed in a cookie.
Managing storage
You can clear these entries at any time from your browser settings. Clearing the sign-in entry will simply sign you out.
